Use of Imagecuts.com by You
You agree to use this website specifically for what it is intended for, and that is to
order photo statuettes and/or little people magnets. We in turn will
provide you with your order in a timely fashion. Please do not attempt any obscene, defamatory,
or harassing actions while visiting Imagecuts.com. We respect your business, please respect ours.
All information on this site is soley the property of Imagecuts.com and the Adjutor Statuette Company, Inc.
You may not in any way make commercial or other unauthorized use, by publication, re-transmission,
distribution, performance, or otherwise, of material obtained through Imagecuts.com, unless given
written permission by Imagecuts.com and the Adjutor Statuette Company, Inc.
Pictures/Images You Submit to Imagecuts.com
You understand that Imagecuts.com and the Adjutor Statuette Company, Inc. are only responsible for printing out the digital files that you have provided to us. You agree to accept your images, as printed, by Imagecuts.com and the Adjutor Statuette Company, Inc.
You agree to grant the Adjutor Statuette Company, Inc.the authority to use any images that are submitted to us through your user account for any showcasing or advertising.
Furthermore, you are responsible for ensuring that any material (photo prints or image files) you provide to us does not violate
the copyright, trademark, trade secret or any other personal or proprietary rights
of any third party. If it does, then upon written notice from the third-party to Adjutor Statuette Company, Inc, we have three business days to remove the approriate images.
Creation of the Statuette or Little People Magnet
Imagecuts.com and the Adjutor Statuette Company, Inc. has complete control during the creation of any statuette or little people magnet. We will always make our best efforts to meet any special requests made by you (the customer); however, in the end the Adjutor Statuette Company, Inc. reserves 100% control in the crafting of each product.
Shipping & Change of Possession for any Statuette or Little People Magnet
You can view our customer and distributor rate cards by clicking here. Imagecuts.com and the Adjutor Statuette Company securly package each statuette or little people magnet. The majority of our shipping
is done through UPS Ground Service. At the request of a customer who may want overnight shipping during holiday seasons, we will work with the customer in an attempt to get their product to them in a timely fashion.
Use of your Account at Imagecuts.com
Imagecuts.com gives you the ability to create a personal account in order to
make your experience at this site more interactive and user-friendly. However,
that account comes with a great responsibility to you. Your username and password
grants full access to your account information and should only be shared by the
person(s) whom you feel necessary. Imagecuts.com does not accept any responsibility
for whom you give your account information to, if anyone. We supply you with a section
on our website which is only accessible by MEMBERS and is used to edit/update your account
information when you feel it is necessary. If you think someone has gained unauthorized access

Setting an Imagecuts.com Account's Rate Card
Imagecuts.com reserves the right to update anyone's rate card for any reason. For example, if a user is posturing as a distributor; Imagecuts.com has the ability to change their rate card, effective immediately, so that the account reflects the customer rate card.
Termination of access to Imagecuts.com
Imagecuts.com and the Adjutor Statuette Company, Inc. reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse, or remove any Imagecuts.com account at anytime. This removal can result in a temporary suspension, or termination of your account depending on the situation. These actions can occur at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability.
